-Melakukan riset pasar untuk mengidentifikasi potensi proyek. -Menganalisis kelayakan proyek berdasarkan anggaran, jadwal, dan kebutuhan klien. -Menyusun proposal nilai yang menarik untuk memenangkan proyek. -Mencari prospek baru melalui berbagai saluran (jaringan, panggilan dingin, pameran, dll.). -Membangun hubungan baik dengan calon klien. -Memahami kebutuhan dan keinginan klien secara mendalam. -Memantau kemajuan proyek dan memberikan solusi jika ada kendala.
