Job Description : • Menyusun strategi iklan digital berdasarkan funnel marketing dan target audiens • Merencanakan placement, targeting, budget, dan objektif setiap kampanye • Menjalankan iklan diberbagai platform (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, dan lainnya) • Mengatur iklan sesuai campaign (product launch, promo, awareness) • Melakukan split testing pada copywriting, visual, CTA, dan audiens targeting • Membuat laporan performa iklan (CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPM, conversion rate) Job Requirement : • Pendidikan Minimal D3 jurusan Marketing, Digital Media, Komunikasi, Statistik atau jurusan terkait • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun dalam menjalankan dan mengelola iklan digital • Paham integrasi dengan Pixel, GA4, UTM tracking, dan tools analytics lainnya • Proaktif mencari solusi atas performa rendah • Analitis dan data driven (up to date terhadap perubahan algoritma dan tren) • Bersedia bekerja di Hikemore Office (Citra Raya, Kab. Tangerang)
