Menagih angsuran atau pembayaran konsumen yang sudah jatuh tempo. Mengingatkan konsumen melalui telepon atau kunjungan langsung. Mengunjungi alamat konsumen yang menunggak untuk memastikan kondisi dan memberikan solusi pembayaran. Melakukan pendekatan persuasif agar konsumen mau melakukan pembayaran. Menyusun jadwal atau skema pembayaran jika konsumen mengalami kendala. Membuat laporan hasil penagihan harian atau mingguan ke atasan. Memastikan data pembayaran dan status konsumen diperbarui di sistem.
