BLiP Integrator Provider looking for HR Coordinator (Compensation & Benefit) who can join immediately. This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Coordinator (Compensation & Benefit) professional at BLiP Integrator Provider in Denpasar. ✅ Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Law, or related fields. - 2+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in ISP/Telecom/Tech. - Proficient in payroll systems, labor laws, and BPJS administration. - Strong data analysis skills; detail-oriented and trustworthy. - Excellent communication and teamwork across all levels. ✅ Key Responsibilities: - Manage and improve compensation & benefits programs in line with company policy and regulations. - Analyze salary structures and conduct industry benchmarking. - Ensure accurate and timely payroll, including BPJS, taxes, THR, and bonuses. - Handle BPJS registration, reporting, and claims. - Act as main contact for C&B-related inquiries. - Prepare HR reports (costs, headcount, turnover) for management. - Collaborate with HR teams on integrated HR strategies.
