- Menangani panggilan inbound terkait produk dan lokasi perbankan. - Memberikan informasi yang akurat kepada nasabah. - Menangani keluhan nasabah dan melakukan eskalasi jika diperlukan. - Mencatat data interaksi pelanggan ke dalam sistem. Qualifications : - Pria / Wanita - Bersedia kerja shifting 24 jam (Pagi, Siang, Sore, Malam) - Pengalaman di dunia perbankan (CS/Teller) - Pengalaman non-banking wajib pernah sebagai Call Center / Contact Center (Inbound Call, Live Chat, Sosmed, Email) - Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK - D3/S1 bukan dari jurusan Hukum atau Administrasi Publik Benefit : - Gaji Pokok - Insentif - BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan - Tunjangan Shifting - Upah Lembur
