IT Poject Manager Banking

Has 4–7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager (IT PM). Proven experience in project management within the banking sector. Fluent in English — capable of presenting work plans and results to project members and stakeholders. Accountable for overseeing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project documentation, ensuring effective monitoring and managing escalations when necessary. Responsible for executing test procedures to verify incident resolutions and changes in the system within the staging environment (both manual and automation testing). Able to analyze and refine technical documentation required for Go-Live preparation. Develop testing plans and strategies aligned with project timelines. Coordinate technical project delivery, monitor test scripts and manage defects. Possesses strong analytical skills and a high motivation to learn new technologies. Able to work effectively and professionally both independently and as part of a team
