* Meeting or exceeding sales goals; * Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients; * Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations; * Maintaining client and giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients; * Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services; * Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability; * Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs; * Understanding and promoting company programs; * Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Requirements: * Maximum 35 years old; * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, interior design or architecture will be an advantage; * At least 1 years working experience in the related field required for this position; * Experience in sales and understanding of the sales process; * Attractive, Passionate & Proactive; * Good looking with pleasant personality; * Strong communication, presentation, negotiation & networking skills; * Proficient in English is an advantage; * Willing to work independent & underpressure; * Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang.
