Memantau proses masuk dan keluarnya barang hingga diproses ke Line Haul 2. Memantau proses penyortiran dan memastikan sesuai SOP 3. Melakukan perencanaan kebutuhan sumber daya menyesuaikan menyesuaikan dengan volume yang ada 4. Memantau produktivitas dan kapasitas tim serta alat kerja yang digunakan 5. Menerapkan 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
