HR Generalist

1. Min. pendidikan S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang terkait 2. 1-3 tahun pengalaman HR (end-to-end HR cycle) 3. Memahami UU Ketenagakerjaan, payroll, kompensasi & benefit 4. Menguasai rekrutmen, asesmen, training & pengembangan SDM 5. Terampil komunikasi, negosiasi & problem solving 6. Mampu multitasking, bekerja mandiri maupun tim 7. Memiliki leadership & inisiatif yang baik 8. Memiliki laptop pribadi yang mendukung pekerjaan 9 Bersedia ditempatkan di Yogyakarta Deskripsi Pekerjaan: 1. Melaksanakan proses rekrutmen, seleksi & onboarding 2. Mengelola administrasi HR: kontrak, absensi, payroll, BPJS, database 3. Menyusun & menjalankan SOP HR, memastikan kepatuhan regulasi 4. Monitoring & evaluasi kinerja (KPI) serta membuat laporan HR 5. Menyusun program training, people development & engagement 6. Membangun budaya kerja positif & menangani konflik internal
