- Manage agents based on predefined targets. - Conduct telesales and online sales to build closer relationships with agents and improve their productivity. - Ensure agents upgrade their levels and increase transaction volumes. - Ensure agents join the WhatsApp Group and participate in weekly training sessions. - Ensure achievement of online KPI targets. Requirements: - Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1). - At least 2 years of experience in Telesales or Telemarketing. - Experienced in contacting 500–1000 agents or customers daily via telesales. - Skilled in managing agents or customers through online channels. - Experienced in online selling via telesales. - Able to create basic online content. - Proficient in using a laptop, Microsoft Word, and Excel. *Please submit your CV in English Benefit: Basic Salary, BPJS, Incentives
