Job Requirements: 1. Pendidikan min D3/S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan Akuntansi & Administrasi Perkantoran 2. Memliki pengalaman di administrasi lebih disukai 3. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer , MS office khususnya excel 4. Bisa bekerja secara individu maupun tim Job Responsibilities: 1. Tarik laporan AR, buat update Monitoring AR 2. Download Faktur Pajak 3. Print Faktur Pajak 4. Cetak STT dan siapkan STT untuk penagihan salesman 5. Arsip faktur & faktur pajak PKP 6. Siapkan TT NCS jika ada 7. Update Monitoring AR (Piutang Outlet) 8. Konfirmasi faktur by WA 9. Cek retur tradisional,FS dan bayarin difaktur (lampirin faktur merahnya) 10. Opname AR System (Bosnett) 11. Cek STT kembali sales, pembayaran manual, pembayaran BG jika ada 13. Pembayaran deposit jika ada, pembayaran retur tunai jika ada untuk DN nya 14. Update PICA AR & AR Intercompany
