- Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Industri atau Manajemen Produksi. - Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun memimpin tim produksi di industri garment. - Memahami proses produksi garment dan mampu memastikan pencapaian target produksi sesuai standar mutu lokal maupun ekspor. - Menguasai KPI dan proses evaluasi performa tim. - Mampu menganalisis masalah produksi dan memberikan solusi efektif. - Leadership kuat, tegas, disiplin, dengan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik. - Terbiasa menggunakan Ms. Office dan Google Workspace.
