1. Melaksanakan proses rekrutmen dan onboarding karyawan baru. 2. Mengelola administrasi kepegawaian, termasuk kontrak, absensi, cuti dan perhitungan lembur. 3. Menangani hubungan karyawan serta hubungan industrial. 4. Mengorganisir program pengembangan dan evaluasi karyawan. 5. Membantu penyusunan dan implementasi kebijakan HR sesuai regulasi ketenagakerjaan. 6. Mengelola administrasi terkait BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan. 7. Melakukan maintenance dan belanja sarana dan prasarana kerja. REQUIREMENT 1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi/Manajemen/Hukum atau bidang terkait. 2. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang HR (Fresh graduate are welcome). 3. Memahami fungsi HR secara menyeluruh. 4. Terbiasa menggunakan MS Office dan sistem HRIS. 5. Multitasking dan disiplin.
