Job Description : Store operation management ; Be responsible for the publicity and check of regulations on services and operations; be responsible for the store image and display management as well as improving store staff's site management awareness and capabilities; manage and maintain the store decoration assets; Sales/revenue management: Be responsible for the achievement of the store's sales and revenue targets, the use of iSRP, and the accuracy and integrity of the reported sales data. The goods management encompasses goods demand forecasting and inventory management. The DOS and orders should be tracked and managed on a daily basis. Manage and analyze the performance and operations indicators, and assist the store leaders in implementing the solutions. Team capability improvement: Work as an expert in Company product sales, train store staff to improve their understanding of products and sales expertise so that the store staff can provide professional product introduction for customers. Cooperate with the store leader in team management, assist the store leader from the perspective of a professional in learning staff's motivations, needs, and concerns, and lead and motivate staff to achieve performance goals. Consumer experience management: Understand Company service concepts and standards for authorized experience stores, strengthen store staff's service awareness, improve their service level, and provide high-quality services for consumers. Collaborate with the store leader and store staff to handle customer requirements and improve store service experience. Marketing activity management: Plan and execute store marketing activities; lead the store team to regularly launch consumer education programs such as Company Community to strengthen consumers' awareness of our brand and products; attract consumers to the store through online and offline activities to improve the in-store sales climate and brand awareness in the region. Requirement : Experience in retail store operations and management Store staff or experience consultants from the consumer electronics industry, such as stores of Apple, Vivo, Oppo, Xiaomi, Sony, and Bose; Experience in managing a team of more than five members; showing a deep understanding of sales management, team management, and consumer experience management during the interviews.
