Human Resources Manager

1. Membuat dan memperbarui SOP, KPI dan peraturan perusahaan. 2. Melakukan coaching dan konseling kepada karyawan bila diperlukan. 3. Mengontrol absensi, cuti, lembur, dan laporan payroll bulanan. 4. Berkolaborasi dengan departemen lain dalam perencanaan dan pelatihan SDM. 5. Menyusun laporan HR bulanan untuk direksi (turnover, absensi, performa, dll). 6. Menangani kasus-kasus karyawan seperti pelanggaran disiplin, ketidakhadiran, atau sengketa kerja secara profesional dan sesuai prosedur.
