Guest Relation Officer

We are looking for Guest Relation Officer to start immediately. Job Description : 1. Greet guests with a smile, a friendly attitude, and good manners. 2. Participate in the reservation process and provide necessary assistance to guests. 3. Direct guests to reserved tables based on reservations or availability. 4. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly decor and entrance area. 5. Develop seating plans based on restaurant capacity and operational flow. 6. Coordinate with servers, floor supervisors, and managers to ensure seating requirements are met.
