G-kios opens up career opportunities as a Sales Retail Offline [Support Coordinator], Responsibilities as : - Visiting, education and acquisition of potential agents by Offline [Target Succes 40 Call/day] - Maintain and educate and improve relationships with agents by Offline - Monitoring agent performance according to area of responsibility - Targeted and strategic sales implementation - Increase agent productivity Agent - Mandatory Acquisition New Agent (Store Pulsa or Warung Kelontong) Criteria: - Minimum Bachelor's degree or relevant education according to needs - Have experience as a sales person (recomendation) for at least 1-2 years - Priority has worked as a salesperson for Brilink, Telecommunications (XL/Telkomsel/etc), FMCG, Shopee Partner, Payfast - Have high motivation and good communication - Analytics, target oriented and results performance - Has a retail store database, analytical skills and understands potential stores that can be acquired - Can use laptop, MS Word & Excel - Have a sim A and motorcycle Task Location & Duration (in Weeks or Months): - Working Hours Monday – Friday, Saturday (Mandatory if target has not been achieved) - Placement : Bandung - Maximum Incentive Rp. 2.500.000 (based on KPI achievement/Month) Compensation, Benefit & Facilities: Bpjs Kesehatan & Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan
