G-kios – Career Opportunity: Telesales Officer [Online Sales Support Coordinator] About G-kios: G-kios is a digital transaction platform that enables users to carry out transactions such as mobile credit, data packages, electricity tokens, bill payments, and more. With a vast network of partners across Indonesia, G-kios is currently used by mobile Apps and traditional shops (warung kelontong). Key Responsibilities (as Online Sales Support Coordinator - Bandung) : - Manage agents based on predefined targets. - Conduct telesales and online sales to build closer relationships with agents and improve their productivity. - Ensure agents upgrade their levels and increase transaction volumes. - Ensure agents join the WhatsApp Group and participate in weekly training sessions. - Ensure achievement of online KPI targets. Qualifications: - Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1). - At least 2 years of experience in Telesales or Telemarketing. - Experienced in contacting 500–1000 agents or customers daily via telesales. - Skilled in managing agents or customers through online channels. - Experienced in online selling via telesales. - Able to create basic online content. - Proficient in using a laptop, Microsoft Word, and Excel. - Maximum Incentive: IDR 2,500,000 Max (based on KPI target achievement) - Work Location & Duration: Bandung - Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday required if the weekly target is not met) Compensation, Benefit & Facilities: Gross Basic Salary : 4.482.914 Bpjs Kesehatan & Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan
