Job Description : - Handle customer inquiries and issues. - Help resolve problems faced by customers. - Maintain and achieve targets for CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and AHT (Average Handling Time), meeting SLA (Service Level Agreement). - Coordinate with relevant teams to solve customer issues. Requirements : 1. Minimum education of D3 from any major. 2. Fluent in both written and verbal English communication. 3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Office. 4. Able to work under pressure and adapt to a changing environment. 5. Have basic computer and internet usage skills. 6. Willing to work on a shifting schedule. 7. Customer satisfaction-oriented. 8. Experience in the contact center industry (inbound or digital) is a plus.
