Jobdesk : 1. Perform daily monitoring and control of all customer payment transactions, including bank transfer and flight reschedule activities. 2. Verify failed customer transaction data received from the Customer Service team and ensure timely resolution. 3. Monitor transaction flow to Customer Service against SLA targets, including manual rebooking or issuance processes handled via email. 4. Review and approve B2B deposit top-up requests on a daily basis. 5. Update and reconcile opening balance records to ensure data accuracy. 6. Investigate and resolve customer issues related to installment transactions in coordination with relevant teams and banking partners. 7. Submit expired order IDs identified from reconciliation data to the Customer Service team for further action. 8. Consolidate and document daily issues from various dashboards, including root causes and implemented solutions. 9. Communicate with bank partners via email on a daily basis regarding installment transaction updates and discrepancies.
