- Melakukan monitoring call/email/chat sesuai sampling plan - Mengisi form Quality Monitoring (QM) dan memberikan scoring objektif - Memberikan feedback langsung ke agent melalui coaching Daily - Real Time Floor Monitoring (RTFM) - Melaporkan temuan critical error ke Contact Center Lead Weekly - Menjadi back up agent dalam penanganan tiket ketika volume tiket sedang tinggi atau terjadi lonjakan trafik - Menyusun Weekly QM summary (jumlah monitoring dan top finding) - Melakukan roleplay terhadap seluruh agent - Menyusun monthly report QM (score rata-rata, trend finding, dan top finding) Monthly - Melakukan coaching terjadwal dengan agent low performer - Melakukan cross function atas pengisian self assessment yang dilakukan oleh agent
