1. Make outbound calls: Contact potential customers to introduce products/services and offer sales opportunities. 2. Identify customer needs: Listen to customer needs and preferences to offer suitable solutions. 3. Promote products/services: Explain features and benefits of products/services to customers. 4. Handle objections: Respond to customer queries and objections professionally. 5. Schedule appointments: Arrange meetings with interested customers. 6. Update customer data: Update customer information and call outcomes in the database. 7. Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Requirements: 1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in any field. 2. 1–2 years of experience in telesales, outbound sales, bank loan, insurance, or FMCG industry preferred. 3. Strong communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. 4. Target-oriented and self-motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals. 5. Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions. 6. Comfortable working with sales scripts and handling customer objections professionally. 7.
