WE'RE HIRING FOR BRAND BIEN THE LABEL (FASHION) – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (KOL PARTNERSHIP) (Full-Time | Onsite | 9 AM – 5 PM | Alam Sutera, Tangerang) Bien Bali is a growing women’s footwear brand, known for combining everyday elegance with comfort and style. To support our expansion, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive (Full-Time) who’s driven, strategic, and passionate about growing fashion brands both online and offline. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Onsite) Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: - Approach brands, KOLs/influencers for online collaborations such as giveaways and co-promotions to increase brand awareness - Identify and manage relationships with affiliators to promote and/or host live sessions featuring Bien Bali products - Conduct market research for offline consignment opportunities in relevant fashion or lifestyle stores - Research and plan participation in offline bazaars or consignment-based fashion events, especially those relevant to women’s fashion & footwear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Drive growth in sales revenue (online and offline) - Improve brand visibility & awareness in target markets Requirements: - 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles - Previous experience working with resellers, agents, or jastip (personal shopper) networks is a strong plus - Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the fashion, footwear, or beauty industry - Solid grasp of both digital and offline marketing strategies - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven - Able to work independently and manage multiple partners or collaboration pipelines Interested?
