About The Role We are seeking an experienced General Affairs (GA) professional to manage a company's day-to-day administrative operations and facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace. Responsibilities : -Manage and maintain office facilities, assets, and company vehicles. -Handle legal documents, lease agreements, and vendor contracts. -Assist with expatriate documents (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, Visa) if needed. -Support procurement of GA-related items and ensure proper inventory tracking. -Manage internal and external communication for GA-related matters. Qualifications : -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent. -Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English is a must. -Proven minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs. -Strong skills in building and vendor management, operational coordination, and handling foreign documents. -Experience in company vehicle management or petty cash administration is a strong advantage. -Quick response, responsible, and hardworking. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners. -Having experience working in the home appliances category is an advantage.
