Admin Sales

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Sales to manage our TikTok Shop and Tokopedia online stores. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to handle daily marketplace operations, ensure smooth transactions, and support sales growth. Responsibilities: * Manage and monitor product listings, stock availability, and pricing on TikTok Shop and Tokopedia. * Handle customer inquiries, messages, and complaints promptly and professionally. * Process orders, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate with logistics teams. * Create and update product descriptions, photos, and promotional content. * Support sales campaigns and collaborate with the marketing team to increase traffic and conversions. * Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports on marketplace activities. * Maintain a positive online store rating through excellent service and accuracy. Qualifications: * A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience in managing TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, or other online marketplaces. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with marketplace dashboards or analytics tools.
