Event Management Specialist

1. Plan and manage the full event cycle for business and educational workshops, from concept to post-event reporting 2. Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness 3. Lead all crew and team during preparation - event 4. Coordinate with speakers, trainers, and partners to ensure program alignment and high-quality delivery 5. Work with the marketing team to promote events through email, social media, and other channels. 6. Lead on-site setup, execution, and teardown of events. 7. Evaluate event success through participant feedback 8. Maintain a detailed calendar of upcoming workshops and deadlines Job Qualifications : 1. Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field 2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event planning, preferably in educational or business-focused event 3. Strong organizational and time-management skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Ability to multitask and work well in dynamic situation 6. Creative problem-solver with a hands-on attitude 7. Willing to work evenings/weekends occasionally, based on event schedules 8. Placement : Gamping - Yogyakarta
