Qualification: - Minimum education of S1 (Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields). - Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing/procurement (from manufacture industry is a must) - Possess good negotiation and communication skills. - Meticulous, honest, and able to work with targets. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (a plus). - Understand the purchasing & supply chain administration process. - Able to work individually and in a team. Job Description: - Place orders for goods/services according to company needs. - Negotiate prices, quality, and delivery times with suppliers/vendors. - Search for, select, and foster good relationships with suppliers. - Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) according to procedures. - Monitor the delivery of goods until they are received in good condition. - Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations. - Prepare purchasing reports and procurement-related administration. - Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the availability of goods.
