Customer Service Intern

• Building good relationships with customers through chat, phone, or in person • Following up on the list of potential customers • Handling complaints submitted by customers • Understanding the products/services offered by the company • Making Daily Reports Requirements : • Minimum education D3/S1 (Preferably majoring in Communication Science, Marketing, Administration and Management) • Willing to Full WFO in Bintaro Sektor 7 • Willing to do internship for at least 3 months • Have good communication skills and have a marketing soul • Enjoy interacting with others • Can speak English both spoken and written
