Sourcing Recruitment Officer

•Menangani flow recruitment dari awal hingga akhir (Screening CV, Interview, Background Checking, Collect mandatory, Maintenance karyawan, Resign). • Melakukan sourcing online & offline. • Melakukan kegiatan administratif. • Mengcontrol proses payroll, sertifikasi, dan benefit lainnya • Membangun relasi yang baik dengan client, karyawan, serta stakeholder lainnya. • Memastikan seluruh hal yang berkaitan dengan personalia dan staff berjalan sesuai dengan SOP • Melakukan sosialisasi/pelatihan ke client & karyawan.
