Memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja tim/karyawan agar target perusahaan tercapai. Membuat dan mengembangkan sistem kerja, SOP, serta alur koordinasi antarbagian. Membantu tim Customer Service dalam menangani pertanyaan, keluhan, dan follow up calon siswa. Melakukan briefing dan pelaporan rutin kepada manajemen terkait progres kerja tim. Menjaga kualitas layanan agar sesuai dengan standar perusahaan.
