Deskripsi Pekerjaan : - Melakukan penyambutan tamu, membantu proses check-in dan check-out tamu properti, serta menangani reservasi, administrasi, dan keluhan tamu. - Bertanggung jawab penuh untuk menjaga kerapihan properti dan memastikan seluruh area (kamar/unit dan area umum) bersih dan higienis sesuai standar. - Memastikan seluruh fasilitas kamar layak digunakan - Melaporkan kerusakan atau kebutuhan perbaikan ke pihak terkait, serta berkoordinasi secara efektif dengan semua tim operasional. Kualifikasi : - Berusia 20 - 35 tahun - Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK - Memiliki pengalaman di perhotelan Benefit: - Gaji Pokok - Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK) - Jaminan Kematian (JKM) - THR
