QA Telesales (BSD)

1. Call monitoring by Listening sales recording to assess sales quality based on sales scripts and company regulation. 2. Make a scorecard for every agent based on standardization quality assurance scorecard. 3. Provide clear and detail feedback for every finding case to sales leader & agent. 4. Highlight recurring issues and provide recording analysis session for sales team to minimize the issue and improve sales quality. 5. Provide QA calibration session with other QA Staff and Leaders to ensure consistency in evaluations. 6. Investigate & analyse complain based on recording verbatim. 7. Provide Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report Team & agent Skill : 1. Call validation and evaluation by listening sales recording based on scripts, compliance, and company regulation & standardization. 2. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel (including pivots and basic formulas), and PowerPoint to provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports. 3. Good Communication and able to give clear & detail feedback for finding cases to be follow up with sales team. 4. Able to understand all of company policies, scripts and compliance regulation and ensure applicable in all sales process. 5. Able to create daily, weekly, or monthly reports Other Requirement : 1 Good time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed on time 2 Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing 3. Able work in team to collaborate with team leaders, trainers, and manager to improve overall sales call quality. 4. Experience with QA Calibration sessions. Have customer service skills 5.
