Merchant Operations Executive

Job Overview: This role focuses on ensuring smooth operational processes by supporting merchant partners from onboarding to ongoing activities. The position involves assisting merchants throughout their journey, collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as Key Account, Operations, Legal, Payment, and Finance), and providing timely support and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle onboarding processes for new and existing merchant partners. 2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide operational and administrative support. 3. Monitor merchant devices, data, and daily operational processes to ensure smooth performance. 4. Support daily business-as-usual (BAU) administrative tasks. 5. Manage and distribute agreements to merchant partners. 6. Ensure compliance with operational standards and internal guidelines. 7. Initiate and execute continuous process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in a related field. 2. Skilled in administrative operations and familiar with merchant or partner management processes. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace (especially Excel/Spreadsheet). 4. Able to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple priorities effectively. 5. Strong coordination and communication skills across teams for handling onboarding, activation, and issue resolution.
