QA CS English

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication, Business, or related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in QA, Customer Support, or similar roles (preferably in an English-speaking environment). - Experience in BPO, SaaS, or e-commerce customer service is a plus. Skills & Competencies - Excellent command of written and spoken English - Familiar with QA scorecards, call/chat/email evaluation forms, and reporting tools. - Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve agent performance. - Proficient in using CRM systems and QA monitoring tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Playvox, etc.).
