About the role Exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales B2B professional to join PT Lock & Lock Indonesia as a Sales Representative for our Surabaya branch. This contract role will see you promoting our high-quality home storage and kitchenware products to B2B corporate customers across the region. Responsibilities : -Prospecting and qualifying new B2B (corporate) leads through outreach and networking. -Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing B2B customers. -Preparing and delivering effective sales presentations to showcase our product range. -Negotiating and closing sales contracts with B2B clients. -Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support. -Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets. -Reporting on sales activities, results, pipeline to the sales manager. Requirements : -Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields. -3+ years' proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the retail or FMCG industry. -Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively liaise with B2B customers. -Excellent negotiation and closing skills to drive sales. -A hunter mentality with the ability to proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities. -Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. -Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting. -A team player with the drive to succeed in a target-driven environment. -Good communication in English.
