Memasang dan memelihara mesin EDC agar selalu berfungsi optimal. 4. Memberikan sosialisasi terkait penggunaan mesin EDC serta prosedur penanganan keluhan. 5. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan merchant melalui kunjungan rutin dan maintenance di lokasi. 6. Menjadi penghubung dengan kasir atau merchant untuk memastikan kebutuhan dan keluhan terselesaikan.
