Job Deskripsi : 1. Mencari dan merekrut kurir sesuai kebuuhan area operasional 2. Melakukan pembinaan dan komunikasi aktif terhadap kurir aktif diwilayah tanggung jawabnya. 3. Melakukan pengawasan terhadap alur distribusi barang & transaksi COD 4. Menangani dan investigasi kasus fraud : kehilangan , kerusakan dan manipulasi COD 5. Mengelola komunikasi dan pembinaan mitra kurir diarea masing - masing 6. Menyusun laporan temuan dan rekomendasi per minggu 7. Berkoordinasi langsung dengan BPOM
