Shift Quality Technician

Qualifications - Minimum Diploma IV and Bachelor Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related). - Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a team environment. - Willing to work in shifts and perform tasks in lab and production areas - Placement in West Karawang Job Description - Conduct sampling, testing, and documentation of results based on standard procedures. - Report and escalate non-conformances; support root cause analysis and complaint investigations. - Perform GMP audits and maintain quality equipment and retain samples. - Release incoming materials and ECM products using IFS system. - Collaborate with quality team to ensure consistent monitoring and smooth operations. - Support quality-related training and execute QNC reports and hold product input.
