1. Menerima daftar kunjungan harian dan melaksanakannya sesuai dengan area yang ditugaskan 2. Mengigatkan nasabah / debitur yang tagihannya segera memasuki jatuh tempo 3. Melakukan penagihan kepada nasabah yang memiliki keterlambatan pembayaran 4. Menyerahkan uang hasil penagihan kepada teller dan penerimaan unit kendaraan kepada warehouse dilengkapi dengan dokumen-dokumen pendukungnya
