- Memimpin semua kegiatan marketing dan operational di kios agar dapat berjalan sesuai tujuan - Melakukan fungsi kontrol atas keseluruhan proses dan hasil kerja Kios untuk memastikan proses kinerja berjalan sesuai dengan aturan yang ada, baik terhadap fungsi finance, collateral maupun proses order - Melakukan analisa akuisisi order, taksasi unit, approval order sesuai kewenangan hingga disbursement - Melakukan fungsi people management atas semua jabatan di kios untuk meningkatkan performance - Melakukan evaluasi atas kualitas booking kios
