Leadership, komunikasi, dan negosiasi baik. Target & result oriented, kreatif, update tren digital. Job Description Menyusun & menjalankan strategi digital marketing & sales untuk capai target. Mengelola campaign (social media, Google Ads, email, marketplace, website). Memantau KPI (leads, conversion, ROAS, sales growth). Analisis pasar & kompetitor, optimasi strategi. Memimpin tim marketing & sales, serta berkoordinasi lintas divisi. Menjaga hubungan dengan klien/partner & mengembangkan strategi penjualan.
