1. Monitor various corporate communication channels with timely and appropriate responses 2. Collect and report for any technical or system issues while processing data entry 3. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the team to improve overall business such as market research, service quality audit, etc. 4. Perform administrative tasks involving a partner's account (credit top-up, changes in partner's information, etc.) Requirements : 1. Min D3 any major with GPA 2,75 2. Fresh graduate with related skill set requirement 3. Willing to work in the shifting schedule 4. Have basic excel Skill: accuracy using MS Excel 5. Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90% 6. Good analytical skill 7. Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa 8. Fast response, effective and efficient in working 9. Able to work within dynamic environment 10. Minimum able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in English Placement : Yogyakarta (Ruko CasaGrande) Contract : 12 months *Please submit your CV in English.
