Field Validator

- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major. - A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a field-based role is required. Key Qualifications - Proficient in using Google Forms and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Google Sheets), including advanced functionality such as data input and filtering. - Highly skilled in utilizing Google Search and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) effectively for business data validation and collection. - Detail-Oriented: Possesses strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency when managing large data sets. - Organized and Time-Managed: Able to prioritize tasks and meet service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines independently. - Confident and Communicative: Capable of clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. - Proactive and Self-Initiating: Goes beyond routine task execution to actively identify and implement improvements to existing processes. - A proven ability to gather current, precise, and detailed information from field operations. - Must possess a personal vehicle and a Class C driving license (SIM C). JOB REQUIREMENTS Field Validation: - Conduct on-site validation for Central Leads who could not be reached by the Online Validator or whose contact numbers are not publicly available online. Daily Validation Targets: - Non-Jabodetabek Area: 10 leads per day New Lead Data Scraping: - Initiated when the number of leads in a city is less than the formula: - Number of MAs × 100 Example: If Jabodetabek has 5 MAs but only 459 leads remaining, Offline Validator must begin scraping until the lead count meets the required threshold. Scraping methods are at the discretion of Partner Operations. Recommended approach by MCT includes: - Identifying MEX along a single route - Adjusting Offline Validator bandwidth (e.g., 4 days for validation and 1 day for scraping, or combining both activities in the same day for the same area) Recommended Target Areas City Priority - Density Analysis (POI-based targeting) Scraping Workflow - Validator visits MEX locations. - Validator performs validation by filling out a Google Form and offering the restaurant owner/staff a consent form. - Google Form data is submitted to the Leads Segmentation team.
