- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience (2+ years) in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management - Ability to build and maintain strong Client Relationships - Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions - Proficient in CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite Key Responsibilities : - New Business Development - Keeps business up to date with Key Market and Competitive Development - Content Production Management -Develop strategic account plans to achieve long-term growth and increase profitability - Collaborate with cross-fuctional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless service delivery - Monitor and report on Key Account Performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement - Ensure compliance with company policies, client agreement, and industry standards
