Kualifikasi : • Pria, Usia Maks 27 Tahun • Pendidikan D3/S1 Fashion Designer/Tata Busana atau jurusan serupa • Pengalaman minimal 1 Tahun di Bidang Fashion Designer • Memiliki Antusias Tinggi Terhadap Dunia Fashion • Mampu Merealisasikan Design Sampai Produk Jadi • Memahami Pembuatan Pola, Teknik Menjahit & Jenis - jenis Bahan • Menguasai Software Grafis (CorelDraw / Illustrator / Photoshop) • Jujur, Disiplin & Bertanggung Jawab • Kreatif, Inovatif & Mampu Bekerjasama Secara Tim Jobdesk : - Merancang dan mengembangkan desain produk fashion sesuai tren dan identitas brand. - Membuat pola, memilih bahan, serta memastikan desain siap diproduksi. - Menggunakan software desain (CorelDraw/Illustrator/Photoshop) untuk membuat visual desain. - Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi untuk memastikan hasil sesuai standar. - Melakukan riset tren fashion dan inovasi desain.
