- Fresh graduate (jurusan Psikologi, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait lebih diutamakan). - Memiliki minat besar di bidang rekrutmen - Bersemangat, proaktif, dan memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi. - Terbiasa bekerja dengan target serta mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan. - Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik. - Bersedia bekerja full-time internship sesuai durasi yang ditentukan. - Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Recruitment intern/memiliki database kandidat (diutamakan).
