Mandatory. 10-Key Numeric Skills: Candidates must pass a numerical reasoning test with a speed of 90 and 100% accuracy. Mandatory. Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills, quick and effective work, and high accuracy are assessed through role-play based on business cases. Mandatory. English Proficiency: Candidates must be able to write in English and understand/respond to questions in English during a role-play test. Mandatory. Data Entry Skills: Practical data entry assessment with zero critical errors and meeting productivity targets. Preferred. Shifting Schedule: Candidates must consent to working in a shifting schedule.
