-Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law (preferably with concentration in Business Law) -Minimum 1 year of experience in the legal field (experience as a Legal Staff in a company is highly recommended) -Good understanding of Labor Laws and other related regulations -Proficient in legal drafting, legal review, OSS, and dispute resolution -Holding PKPA certification is an advantage -Precise, detail-oriented, intelligent, and decisive -Strong communication and negotiation skills -Proficient in English (both spoken and written) -Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta -Can join ASAP
