IT Dispatch Engineer

1. Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of Servers. 2. Troubleshoot and maintain Server-IT operational support : a. Helpdesk support. b. Monitor all Server resource performances. c. Physical Server and Virtual Server such as VMware, Backup system and NAS. 3. Handle IT asset management, maintain inventory and having experience with desktop management to create reports (weekly, monthly, preventive). 4. Maintain and monitor Server, office IT infrastructure, IT security and antivirus tools. 5. Other duties include performing first level troubleshooting and support for scheduled server backups, system monitoring and reports. 6. Supervise routine physical server checks conducted daily by the IT internal team and daily Monitoring via SolarWinds. 7. Be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time and to the satisfaction of the users. 8. Coordinate with Principles and Partner Vendor in the event of Hardware failures.
