- Conduct business reviews with strategic partners - Educate merchant about daily operation strategy such as: - Menu optimization strategies - Peak hour operations management - Customer retention techniques Operational Excellence - Resolve merchant operational issues - Coordinate with other teams on merchant pain points Market Intelligence - Track competitor activities through: - Merchant feedback sessions - Pricing/promo benchmarking Essential Experience / Criteria: 1. Fluent in Indonesian with a good vocabulary and correct sentence structure is a must. 2. Expert in basic mathematics 3. Familiar with Google Workspace application 4. Own personal vehicle 5. Should able to sell loan product. Desirable Experience / Criteria: 1. Experienced in field sales is preferable, additional point experienced in financial institution, banking or similar online delivery platform. 2. Able to understand English as additional point 3. Passion in F&B industry
